There are no words to describe the loss we are feeling in the aftermath of Helene. Our friends and neighbors throughout Western North Carolina are facing true devastation. Our hearts are broken, but we know about the strength and resilience of this community.

Partner Farms

Hickory Nut Gap works closely with passionate, community-conscious farmers to our network. We currently work with family farms throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Kentucky.

  • We work with partner farms spanning seven states.
  • Our farmers are some of the best grazers, cattlemen and producers in the Southeast. Cattle are all traceable back to the farm they are born on
  • Hickory Nut Gap’s expertise in both cattle and pork allows us to create value for farmers in unique ways.
  • We’ve helped hog farmers use their pastures for winter cattle grazing, providing them additional income and improving their land.
