Holiday Meat Pickup Guide

Turkeys

Thanksgiving is near—the season of family, friends, and feasting. Celebrate with a pasture raised, sustainably farmed turkey from our Fairview, NC farm. Raised with care from spring through fall, each bird reflects the sunshine, diverse diet, and attention our farmers put into their flock. Reserve yours today.

How Pickup Works

Size requests are first come, first serve based on available stock.

  1. Make a $20 non-refundable deposit to reserve your bird.
  2. Pickups on Wednesday 11/19 – Sunday 11/23, 10am – 6pm.
  3. Staff at checkout tables will take your name and check the master list.
  4. You’ll receive the closest available turkey size to your request.

Turkey Sizes

Approximate Weight Range: 15-21 pounds
Our first batch of turkeys came in at 16-19 pounds.
Target range for second batch: 13-16 pounds (results posted mid-Oct)

Important Notes

Turkeys are fully frozen & shrink wrapped. Bring a cooler or box if needed.
Innards included in a separate pouch inside the cavity.
Consider donating a turkey to a family in need.

Hams

How Pickup Works

  1. Make a $20 non-refundable deposit to reserve your ham.
  2. Pickups on Wednesday 11/19 – Sunday 11/23, 10am – 6pm.
  3. Staff will check you in and help select your ham.
  4. Specific weights are first come, first serve.

Ham Sizes

All hams are approximately 7.5–8 lbs.

Important Notes

Hams are fully frozen & shrink wrapped.
Serve room temp with sauce or warmed with glaze (instructions available).
