One of the questions we hear most often is: does all of your beef come from your farm in Fairview? The answer is no—and that’s something we’re genuinely proud of. This video offers a window into our sourcing process, showing how thoughtful collaboration lets us bring you consistently delicious, 100% grass-fed beef while staying true to our values.

We have a dedicated herd of about 40 mama cows right here on our farm. Their lives start and unfold on our pastures, giving us a chance to nurture them from day one. When these calves are ready, many join our contract grazing program—an inspiring system where trusted partners help care for and move animals to wherever the grass is most abundant and nutritious at any given time.

But the story doesn’t stop at our fence line. Much of our beef comes from other farmers in our network, each one signing an affidavit to affirm their commitment to the same high standards we uphold: regenerative farming, 100% grass-fed practices, and a shared dedication to animal welfare and land stewardship. Sometimes, animals spend their entire lives with these partner farmers; other times, they too join the contract grazing program, making the most of the diverse, vibrant pastures throughout our region. This flexible, collaborative approach means we’re always working together for the good of the land, the animals, and—ultimately—you. Farming with friends truly is rewarding, yielding a flavorful, consistent product you can trust.
