At Hickory Nut Gap, we partner with a trusted network of family farms across the Southeast who share our values of regenerative agriculture, animal welfare, and community stewardship.

We currently work with farmers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Kentucky. Each of these farms raises animals on pasture without the use of antibiotics or added hormones, following strict protocols to ensure quality and sustainability.
