Mimi’s Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb HNG 100% Grassfed Ground Beef (80/20 or 90/10 for a leaner meatball)
  • 1 c. Bread crumbs, unseasoned
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 t. fresh basil or 1 t. dried basil
  • 3 t. fresh parsley or 1 t. dried parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T. Milk
  • Dash of Salt and Pepper
Let’s Get Cooking:

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Mix ingredients together and shape into 20-24 meatballs. Bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes. Bon apetit!
