Ingredients:
- 1 lb HNG 100% Grassfed Ground Beef (80/20 or 90/10 for a leaner meatball)
- 1 c. Bread crumbs, unseasoned
- 2 eggs
- 3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 t. fresh basil or 1 t. dried basil
- 3 t. fresh parsley or 1 t. dried parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T. Milk
- Dash of Salt and Pepper
Let’s Get Cooking:
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Mix ingredients together and shape into 20-24 meatballs. Bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes. Bon apetit!
